November Music 2023 successful

THIS IS A PRESS RELEASE

Cultural organisations with a small or large membership can place their press releases on our site without restriction. Participate too? Become a member, as an institution.

With Fuse's rousing final concert, November Music 2023 came to an end on Sunday 12 November. Twelve days of versatile new music featured contemporary composed works, choral music, electro-jazz, Arabic maqam, musical theatre and much more. Bosch Requiem 2023 composed by Aart Strootman, John Zorn and all concerts by Maya Fridman were highlights.

Our thanks go to all composers, creators and musicians involved and to the numerous visitors who ensured a great atmosphere at the (mostly sold-out) concerts. Of course, we are already busy planning the 32nd edition of November Music, which will take place from 8 to 17 November 2024. Below, we reveal a few names!

About November Music

November Music is the festival for all adventurous music lovers. Every year, it brings together the most idiosyncratic and progressive creators and musicians from all over the world. Not with the flow or against it, but with new, own currents. It is precisely by giving a place to all these different sounds that November Music allows a personal and individual story to be heard, just as the makers themselves do.

Experience modern composed music, jazz, world music, musical theatre, pop, installations and genres you never thought possible yourself. November Music creates encounters and challenges creators to jump into the deep end.

From 2021, November Music will be part of the national basic cultural infrastructure, known as the BIS.
