Plein Theater en Annie Gerretsen presenteren met Pride Amsterdam 2021 de muziektheatervoorstelling: Sappho de Potkast!

Sappho de Potkast is een niet te missen operesk muzikale vertelling. Het doet veinzen of het een podcast is of toch een rock-opera. Een liefdestragedie tussen twee vrouwen die gaat kraken, schuren en vlammen! Na zo’n dijk van een verhaal, wil je alleen nog maar meer. Een lesbisch encore wat nog gaat nagalmen in lengte van dagen.

Met de aloude klassieke dichtkunst van Sappho kan deze voorstelling niet meer stuk. Maar worden er evengoed potjes gebroken. Onontkoombaar zo lijkt. Want als de liefde niet mag bestaan, zijn er enkel verliezers.

De voorstelling wordt live gebracht via draadloze headsets, waarmee je plaats mag gaan nemen op één van de Griekse eilanden aan het Sajetplein in Amsterdam Oost.
