The collective bargaining agreement heeft a looptijd from één jaar and geldt from 1 januari to and with 31 december 2024. Inmiddels hebben also the achterbannen from beide sociale partners with the collective bargaining agreement–afspraken ingestemd, with which the akkoord definitief is.

Deze salarisontwikkeling betekent a gemiddelde loonstijging from 9,44% with a minimum from 6,98% for the hoogste salarissen and a maximum from 12,75% for the laagste salarissen. Daarnaast its er nieuwe afspraken gemaakt about the arbeidsduur, sociale veiligheid, the stagevergoeding, thuiswerkvergoeding, figuratievergoeding and the verblijfkostenregeling buitenland.
As gebruikelijk will for deze collective bargaining agreement a algemeen verbindendverklaring be aangevraagd, with which the collective bargaining agreement will gelden for alle Dutch podiumkunstbedrijven die onder the werkingssfeer from the collective bargaining agreement vallen.
