Amsterdam, 12 september 2023 – The collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst toneel and dans is by zowel the achterban from the NAPK als from the Kunstenbond akkoord verklaard. At the collective bargaining agreement is a algemene salarisverhoging afgesproken from 5% plus a verhoging met a vast bedrag from € 150,–. Deze salarisontwikkeling betekent a gemiddelde loonstijging from 9,44%.
Op 6 juli jl. hebben the Kunstenbond and the NAPK a principeakkoord bereikt about the Cao Toneel and Dance for 2024. The collective bargaining agreement heeft a looptijd from één jaar and geldt from 1 januari to and met 31 december 2024. Inmiddels hebben ook the achterbannen from beide sociale partners met the collective bargaining agreement–afspraken ingestemd, waarmee the akkoord definitief is.
At the collective bargaining agreement is a algemene salarisverhoging afgesproken from 5% plus a verhoging met a vast bedrag from € 150; beide verhogingen gaan at per 1 januari 2024. Deze salarisontwikkeling betekent a gemiddelde loonstijging from 9,44% met a minimum from 6,98% for the hoogste salarissen and a maximum from 12,75% for the laagste salarissen. Daarnaast zijn er nieuwe afspraken gemaakt about the arbeidsduur, sociale veiligheid, the stagevergoeding, thuiswerkvergoeding, figuratievergoeding and the verblijfkostenregeling buitenland.
As gebruikelijk will for deze collective bargaining agreement a algemeen verbindendverklaring worden aangevraagd, waarmee the collective bargaining agreement will gelden for alle Nederlandse podiumkunstbedrijven die onder the werkingssfeer from the collective bargaining agreement vallen. For the eerst will nu ook a aantal kernbepalingen from toepassing worden op gedetacheerde werknemers at the Europese Unie, this conform the Wet arbeidsvoorwaarden gedetacheerde werknemers at the Europese Unie
