The NUT is (far) from finished with the future of money

After a successful run and rave reviews in the summer of 2023, the groundbreaking theatre production returns Good gold money back on 21 and 23 June 2024 at the Heimland Festival in Diepenheim. Good gold money has not only impressed audiences at previous screenings, but also raised €101,332.80 in surplus capital to fund the world-saving theatrical conference at Oerol Festival in 2025, called The Capitalists. The audience was urged during the performance to donate their excess capital for this noble cause.

Good gold money is a journey through the complexity of money and the ethical dilemmas associated with it. Theatre-maker Greg Nottrot has made quite a stir with his activist, poetic and theatrical work. This success highlights Nottrot's talent for presenting socially relevant themes in a compelling way and the urgency of discussions about money and equality. With the money raised, the NUT will make at Oerol 2025 The Capitalists. The performance also gave rise to the social art project Other people's debt, in which the NUT dives deeper into the world of negative capital.
