Ticket sales for season '24/'25 start

On Thursday 13 June at 12:00, Theatre Kikker will launch ticket sales for theatre season 24/25. With over 130 different performances, there is something for everyone. Be amazed and overwhelmed by theatre, modern dance, youth theatre, storytelling, performance and hip-hop. Theatre Kikker is ready for you all year long with your necessary dose of drama.

'Theatre Kikker is that youth theatre, isn't it?' Nothing could be further from the truth. Theatre Kikker has programmes for everyone. Experience new or just recognisable stories about, for example, climate, gender and identity and the role of technology in our society. There are imaginative performances by talented young makers and rock-solid work by well-known names.

Three tips to get you started

Tip 1: Festival Kikker Kiest - Tue 10 to Thu 19 September

As the title suggests, Theatre Kikker chooses the best performances of the past season and puts them conveniently together in one festival. From 10 to 19 September, you will see big hits and little gems. Including. Perec From the Poetry Boys,  Who's afraid of Oscar Wilde From Company Red, Yellow & Blue and Myrte Siebinga seeks a room From The Warm Shop. Performances you want to have seen.

Tip 2: JAH! by Dalton Jansen - do 3 and Fri 4 October

Choreographer Dalton Jansen inspires his new performance JAH! on the story of his own father by whom he was raised, from the ideas of the Rastafari. A personal performance about fatherhood, equal rights and stereotyping.

Tip 3: Blue Sky by the Theatre Troupe - Thu 28-Sat 30 Nov

Everyone has that tourist craving for 'authentic experiences' and wants to go to that one place no one has been yet. But as soon as the first tourists make their way to these places, the fence is drawn. The Theatre Troupe makes a thunderous gritty slapstick comedy about this.
