It happens regularly that you see or hear something, in the tram, on the train, on the road, on holiday. But also on the street, in your own home. And that you think: what is that? Chances are you are dealing with 'Art'. And that can have all kinds of side effects: pleasure, chills, confusion, sadness, or even indifference, and depression. Art, we have known since Stendahl, can also cause nausea. Or deep happiness.
That all disrupts society. There cannot be enough warning about that.
We therefore ask you to provide a photo, video or description of the confusing object so that others can be alerted and something may finally be done about it. Please include locations and times. And tell as best you can what the effects are.
