The producers of film and television, who colluded with cable companies not to pay writers for their work, are coming up with a plan. Unwilling to accept the just demand of the creators to just do what the courts have ordered, they set up a fund. Into this they put the money they think belongs to the writers. That is much, much less than what is actually due to the writers, of course. And on top of that, the writers have to meet all sorts of requirements ...
