Free producers minimise programmes until next autumn Heavy blow for zzp'ers in performing arts.

Unsubsidised offerings in Dutch theatres are 'on hold'. Many productions that had been postponed to this autumn due to corona are being postponed again, or offered in a modified, usually scaled-down form, in a coronaproof setting. What was planned for this autumn and next spring is also shifting.

So there are still programmes in the halls then, but in slimmed-down form. Think of Paul de Leeuw's song programme that replaced the tour of the musica...
