The distinguished part of the arts sector is also reacting furiously to the VVD's statements, chronicled by De Telegraaf this morning. This brings the number of reasons for the sector not to apologise to Halbe Zijlstra to six. Where we previously gave five reasons, the Dutch Association of Performing Arts now also declares that we will only be able to say something meaningful about how the cultural sector has survived the cuts during 2015.
