Moma montre une vidéo d'une œuvre d'art précédemment interdite au Smithsonian par des chrétiens américains.

Pas plus tard qu'en novembre, la National Portait Gallery, financée par le mécénat Smithonian, a retiré l'œuvre, suite aux protestations des catholiques et des républicains américains. Ces derniers ont jugé offensante la vidéo intitulée "A fire in my belly" (Un feu dans mon ventre) de l'artiste new-yorkais David Wojnarowicz, décédé en 1992. Hier, le Metroplitan Museum of Modern Art (Moma) de New York a annoncé qu'il avait acquis l'œuvre, en vue de l'exposer à nouveau très prochainement.
