Gemma Boon (1982) studeerde kunstgeschiedenis in Leiden en werkt en woont sinds 2010 in Twente. Sinds 1 september 2017 is zij de directeur van Museum No Hero, dat op 15 april 2018 zijn deuren opent voor het publiek. Dit museum in Delden (Overijssel) toont vijf eeuwen beeldende kunst uit vijf continenten.
