Highlights programme November Music 2025:
Singer Thomas Azier presents new, adventurous songs with the addition of strings and electronics. Emine Bostanci writes a cinematic composition for a variety of string instruments from Turkey and the Middle East. Pianists from very different backgrounds will give their own take on a nocturne, and composer Luciano Berio's famous Sequenzas will be performed and set in a contemporary context on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November 2025.
November Music presents Soundbites on Saturday, November 8, 2025
SoundBites is a low-threshold concert format to discover today's creators. In short performances of 20 to 25 minutes and a mapped-out route at various locations in Theater aan de Parade and in Den Bosch, you will experience today's music together. In each route, you will meet young and more established makers who move musically between musical genres, playing in varying line-ups, from a solo on timpani to meditative tree verses for five musicians. Expect theatrical to purely concertante concerts, all quirky and varied in character. Alongside the Sound, there will also be a Bite; a bite to eat and a drink while listening to a performance to chat afterwards. Especially if you are curious, like to explore and be surprised, the SoundBites are for you. In two hours, November Music takes you on a musical journey that we experience together and get to know today's music by today's creators.
