Jury prize for series
Dutch-language scripts for drama series that premiered on television, online or on VOD platforms in 2023 and 2024 were eligible for the award. The jury consisted of chairman Philip Huff, Simone Atangana Bekono, Marijn Bloemen, Isis Cabolet and Ernie Tee.
In October, they announced three nominees. In addition to EEN VAN ONS, these were Eva Crutzen with BODEM and Roos Ouwehand and Paul-Jan Nelissen with DE JOODSE RAAD.
The jury on ONE OF US:

“Writer Willem Bosch paints a vivid picture of a provincial village at the beginning of this century. The young people from the region, who are the same age as the victim, are portrayed in a very credible manner. (...) The same applies to the older generation in the village, the mayor, the parents, and the grieving family who are struggling to pick up the pieces of their lives after the horrific crime. Bosch manages to capture each character in an intimate, human way, even in their ugliest moments.
With this series, Willem Bosch takes us back to the recent past, but by focusing on the commotion in the village surrounding the neighbouring asylum seekers” centre, he has created a disturbingly topical series with EEN VAN ONS (ONE OF US) that draws our attention to today's world.”
