I see that my payment is set to inactive, but I don't know how to set it back to active. When I try to activate, it does not work but I get the message that I am entering into a new ‘subscription to this membership’ and that I need to update my payment details. Just don't see how. Am I blonde?
Thanks for trying. Probably the best option is for you to sign up again, but with a different email address. If that is not an option, I can delete your existing account and you can re-subscribe with the existing details. Just let me know what's best for you.
