Eerder dit jaar dreigde Cinekid uit de culturele basisinfrastructuur te vallen, door een ‘nee, tenzij’-advies van de Raad voor Cultuur. Een bijgewerkte aanvraag heeft de Raad nu op andere gedachten gebracht. Als de minister het overneemt kan Cinekid vier jaar met volle kracht vooruit. Een gesprek met Cinekid-directeur Heleen Rouw.
