Dat geld van uw dochters dansles, de fanfare en de hiphopklas van uw zoon is opgemaakt door gemeentes, die bezuinigingen elders moesten compenseren, en provincies die opeens geen heil meer zagen in amateurs. Dat het Rijk daarnaast 200 miljoen afpakte van de professionele kunstinstellingen, komt er nog bij.
