De politie heeft te hard opgetreden bij de Mars der Beschaving op 27 juni 2011 in Den Haag. Hun vriendelijke sit-in ontaardde daardoor in iets wat tegenstanders van al die elitaire subsidieslurpers (aldus Martin Bosma van de PVV) maar al te graag zagen: geweld.
